Volunteers will manage parking, guide guests, ensure safety, and provide customer service. Tasks include directing traffic, assisting guests with disabilities, and maintaining cleanliness.  

Set up teams assemble infrastructure like tents, tables, and signage, and arrange seating. They coordinate equipment delivery, work with vendors for specific needs, and adapt setups as required.  

Finish setting up tents, tables, and signs, adjust seating and barriers as needed, ensure on-time delivery of supplies, prioritize key tasks for event start, and work closely with management and event teams for a seamless kickoff.
