Each year, the Women Build Team at Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County holds a fashion show fundraiser in November to raise funds for a house for a single mother in the community.
Responsibilities for the Vendor Committee Includes:
* Attend Women Build Meetings on the first monday of each month at 6:00 pm in our office
* Acquire vendors for the fashion show and organize payments and paperwork with the Habitat office (Vendors sell at the fashion show and give 10% of the proceeds to the Women Build project)
* Help with fashion show on the day of to welcome vendors, organize them and make sure they have everything they need. Help in directing guests to vendors.
