The Alliance is seeking dedicated volunteers who are fluent in Spanish to assist our Refugee Services case managers in providing services to refugees.
Volunteers will help case managers with:
- Providing interpretation/translation services to refugee clients
- Calling client families to check on progress and needs
- Enrolling clients into public benefits and other critical resources
Hours
Volunteers must be available during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
We ask that volunteers commit to at least 3-4 hours weekly
COVID-19 Protocols
- Masks are required within the building
- All volunteers must go through temperature check upon entering the building
