The Family Transfer Center is a community effort to provide short term assistance to families entering our borders. The families will receive a meal, an opportunity to clean up and will help in connecting with their host families around the US. Partners include Catholic Charities, YMCA International Services, Texas Adventist Community Services, Houston Responds, The National Association of Christian Churches, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Spanish is helpful but not required. Volunteer duties may vary once on site.
