Summer Feeding Volunteers

Cornerstone Family Resource Center in partnership with The Pointe at Crestmont is sponsoring summer food distribution for children and teens residing in their community.  The Pointe at Crestmont is a low-income, tax credit community that provides reduced rent and social service supports for its residents.   During the summer months children and teens often go without the essential food that they received at school.  We are looking for volunteer groups to conduct food drives of essential items and distribute the food to the residents during the summer months (June, July, August).  The distributions are schedule for the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month however additional days may be added.  Groups may choose one or more days to volunteers.
