| Inclement Weather Plan: Distribution will be canceled and all volunteers will be informed. | |
| 1. Please check-in with a staff member and sign a waiver. | |
| 2. Target Hunger proudly adheres to CDC guidelines. Please remain at least 6 feet apart from others at all times. | |
| 3. In order to volunteer, we must ask you to please wear a mask, whether medical, cloth, scarf, bandana etc. to ensure your face is covered at all times. Please note we have plenty of gloves for you. | |
| 4. Also everyone on site is required to have their temperature taken and recorded to ensure the safety in all persons on site. | |
| 5. Please contact me using the information provided below if you cannot attend or if they feel sick or have been exposed to anyone with COVID 19 |
