-Assist callers with general questions about current immigration laws and rules
-Referring to immigration legal services from nonprofit organizations or private attorneys
-Making referrals to the Deportation Defense Houston team, which provides free representation to detained adults in Houston area ICE facilities
-Legal team will provide support as needed
-Training provided
-Returning missed calls as needed
*Bilingual English/Spanish mandatory
