CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.
Role Summary:
Onboarding Manager will be sending and maintaining Onboarding Kit for the newly recruited volunteers across CrowdDoing Projects.
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
Qualification:
High School or GED equivalent
Google /Microsoft suite
Essential Tasks:
- Onboarding Manager will oversee the procedures our organization follows before and after hiring new volunteers.
- Act as a consultant to new volunteers.
- Create and update our volunteer Onboarding Kit.
- Introduce new hires to current volunteers.
- Add new volunteer information to the organization's database.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills and highly organized.
- Ability to influence decision-making and change
- Ability to display good judgment
- Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.
