CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role Summary:

Onboarding Manager will be sending and maintaining Onboarding Kit for the newly recruited volunteers across CrowdDoing Projects.

This is an unpaid volunteer position.

Qualification:

High School or GED equivalent

Google /Microsoft suite

 

Essential Tasks:

  • Onboarding Manager will oversee the procedures our organization follows before and after hiring new volunteers.
  • Act as a consultant to new volunteers.
  • Create and update our volunteer Onboarding Kit.
  •  Introduce new hires to current volunteers.
  • Add new volunteer information to the organization's database.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •  Demonstrable leadership skills and highly organized.
  •  Ability to influence decision-making and change
  •  Ability to display good judgment
  •  Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.
