Description

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role Summary:

Primarily responsible for training volunteers in Soft Skills thru use of innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audios/videos, role plays, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation methods etc. to equip volunteers.

This is a unpaid volunteer position.

Essential tasks:

 

  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment on training methodology
  • Design basic soft skills training programs
  • Curate content for the learning management system
  • Facilitate training programs and informational sessions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
