Director of Communications: Highly important role and considered the foundation of TWST4Girls. The Director of Communications is considered one of the faces of TWST4Girls and may serve as the key Spokesperson and media contact.
Description:
- Heads up all communications with outside entities such as sponsors, partners, businesses, vendors and/or other nonprofits
- Follows up with partnership, donor, vendor and sponsorship inquiries
- Develops and implements templates for thank you’s, donation requests, partnership agreements, vendor packets, and proposal packets.
- Sends “Thank You’s” to appropriate business and/or person(s) within 48 hours of contribution
- Identifies partnership, sponsorship, donor, vendor, opportunities
- Identifies and attends networking events to connect with potential venues, partners, vendor, sponsors and donors
- Sends monthly e-newsletters that promote TWST4Girls programs, impact, growth and events.
- Works closely with Executive Director as “The Face” of TWST4Girls
- Act as spokesperson on behalf of TWST4Girls as directed by Executive Director
