Job Summary: The ESL Classroom Instructor leads the classroom, helping students gain fluency in English. Responsibilities: Develop and execute lesson plan for each assigned day. Model information for students. Answer student questions. Lead engaging classes and group activities. Record number of volunteer hours. Available and committed to teaching an entire session*. Qualifications: Commitment to the MAM mission and the ESL tenets. Ability and willingness to teach English in a patient, respectful manner to people of all walks of life. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. *Sessions will vary dependent on semester: Fall/Spring - 3 months for your assigned day(s) Summer-2 months for your assigned day(s).
