Conservation Volunteers for Hermann Park

Volunteers needed to help maintain and beautify areas of Hermann Park. Volunteers are utilized to weed, water, plant, transplant, cut back flower or shrub beds, raking leaves and pine-straw, mulching of trees and shrubs, trail cleaning, and litter removal. Areas include the Japanese Garden, McGovern Lake, Lake Plaza, Reflection Pool, Kinder Station and other designated areas. Training is available. Various volunteer group projects are available. All groups sizes are welcome, from 2 to 100 participants, (families, churches, corporations, schools, colleges, non-profits, scouts or other) Most projects take place Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.   Please contact the volunteer department for a Volunteer Request form to schedule a date and time.  Project locations vary throughout Hermann Park.
