On every day of construction (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays) we will have 20 to 100 volunteers onsite. We need people who are willing to teach and supervise groups of 5 to 20 volunteers as they work on specific construction tasks.
Goals for our Crew Leaders:
- To be equipped with the skills required to be an effective crew leader
- To obtain an understanding of Habitat NWHC's jobsite safety practices
- To build a strong bond with Habitat NWHC staff, regular volunteers, and other crew member while assisting with carrying out the mission
