Join us in helping make our 7th Annual Bingo Bash fundraising event a success! Volunteers play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting event activities from start to finish.
Volunteer Scheduling
Volunteers are asked to arrive no later than 5:30 PM. If you're unable to stay for the entire event, you're welcome to leave early—any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated. Dinner will be provided for all volunteers.
Pre-Event Setup (4:30 - 6:00 PM):
- Assist with setting up:
- Tea Room Parlor: Set up the wine pull and wrap bottles
- Ballroom: Place programs, donor cards, pens, bingo cards, and set up the door prize table and Bingo prizes
Registration and Cocktail Hour (6:00 - 7:00 PM):
- Help with:
- Managing registration tables
- Assisting with the wine pull
- Promoting and Assisting with Raffle
During Event and Program (7:00 - 9:00PM):
- Support with:
- Overseeing the AV table
- Assisting with "Raise the Paddle"
- Distributing bingo and door prizes to winners
Check-Out and Post-Event Clean Up (9:00 - 9:30PM)
- All hands on deck to help clean up the Ballroom and Tea Room.
