Who We Are
Founded in 1976, by a group of parents of children with autism, Avondale House began in a house on Avondale Street in Montrose. Since our founding, Avondale House's focus has been on adults with autism the resources, education, and training to develop to their fullest potential.
What We Do
Avondale House is the only agency in greater Houston that serves individuals living with moderate to severe autism.
We do this through a variety of services, including an adult day program, supported employment program, and family-oriented group homes.
