Assist our client services team with reviewing driver notes and calling clients about their services. Meals on Wheels serves over 4500 seniors in Harris and Galveston County. IM Houston s looking for committed volunteers interested in serving our Meals on Wheels program in assisting our client service team. Tasks include calling clients to verify updates, missed meals, and ensure accurate clients data for successful deliveries. Other responsibilities may include greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
Volunteer work will be on-site at the Moran Building for Meals on Wheels located in Midtown.
