IM's Meals on Wheels for Greater Houston and Galveston County is the one of the largest Meals on Wheels provider in Texas. We deliver nutritious, fully prepared meals to an average of 3600 hungry, homebound seniors in Harris and Galveston counties.
In 2025, we were able to serve a total of 1.2 million meals to over 6000 seniors, thanks to the support of our community!
Our Meals on Wheels program fills a vital need in our community - providing meals, friendly visits, and more to thousands of homebound seniors. The visit, along with the meal delivered, helps our seniors feel connected to their community and stay healthy, in every way.
Volunteer Drivers help us deliver more meals and friendly visits to seniors, who need us. This mid-day delivery experience is an invaluable way to spend a lunch break, once per week. Houston - Let's Do Lunch!
