Summary
WINGS Ministries is looking for volunteers who have a heart to serve women-at-risk by facilitating WINGS Curriculum in one of several class locations. Our immediate need includes Classroom Facilitators, Leads, and Co-Lead volunteers.
You will join a team of volunteers to teach a weekly faith-based program that provides life skills and job preparedness to women in weekly 90-minute classes. The women we serve may be incarcerated, in a transitional home, in a residential recovery center for drug and alcohol addiction, and/or may have been victims of sex trafficking, domestic violence or homelessness. The women we meet in each of these locations are grateful and receptive to our services. Our mission is to help them discover and embrace their identity in Christ while learning essential skills necessary to meet life's challenges.
