Who We Are
WINGS Ministries is powered by a group of passionate volunteers who offer marginalized women hope for a transformed life by equipping them with employment-readiness and life skills and a clear understanding of their true identity in Christ.
What We Do
Our volunteers serve in transitional living programs and lock-down facilities primarily in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. The women we serve may be struggling with addiction, have been or are currently incarcerated, are part of a court ordered rehabilitation program, or may be victims of sex trafficking. Our classroom facilitators deliver a 90-minute weekly class over 8 weeks. We deliver faith-based job-readiness and life skills training with the following modules:

- Becoming Job Ready
- Avenues Employment and Self-Sufficiency
- How to Have a Great Job Interview
- Money Matters
- Human Trafficking Awareness
- Living an Abundant Life
- Setting Goals
