Volunteer Roles Available:
Setup and Breakdown Crew: Help us transform the venue before the event and restore it afterward. You’ll be involved in everything from arranging seating to setting up displays, ensuring the space is perfect for our performers and guests.
Food Prep Assistants:
Love working with food? Assist our catering team in preparing and serving delicious meals for our guests. You’ll play a vital role in keeping everyone energized and satisfied throughout the event.
Greeters and Ushers:
Be the welcoming face of Speak 2 Me PoetikLee. Greet guests as they arrive, guide them to their seats, and help maintain a smooth flow throughout the event. Your warmth and hospitality will set the tone for the evening.Runners: Keep the event running smoothly by assisting with various tasks as they arise. You’ll be the go-to person for last-minute needs, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.
Hosts:
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and help them feel at ease. You’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
