Volunteer Coordinator for Kids Reading Room

Can you help The Kids' Reading Room locate and maintain volunteer readers/facillitators? We are in need of someone who can work a couple hours a day or a few days a week to help us coordinate volunteers and reach out to organizations, schools, companies, colleges and churches to find us reliable volunteers who will read to our elementary children in our reading rooms. You would work from home and any daytime hours during the work week will be fine. 
Other responsibilities include managing the Sign Up Genius volunteer sign up, sending background check information, and training volunteers or training others to train volunteers. 

The Kids Reading Room is set up in apartment communities to promote literacy and instill the love of reading in children! We have 4 Kids' Reading Rooms set up in the Spring Branch area of Houston.
