We're seeking dedicated volunteers to help make this day of remembrance a meaningful experience for all.
This annual event is a unique opportunity to come together as a community and demonstrate our commitment to honoring the past while fostering a spirit of service and unity. Volunteers' responsibilities
- headstone cleaning/washing
- tree mulching/spraying.
- raking
- cleaning/sweeping
- garbage pickup
Volunteer Waiver: a link will be provided via email for volunteer to complete.
Bring: gloves, hats, close-toed shoes, sunscreen
No Age Restrictions: Families are welcome! Anyone and everyone are invited as long as young children are with a responsible guardian. Guardian MUST complete a waiver for anyone under the age of 18.
Teams will be assigned upon arrival.
Parking: available parking onsite and volunteers will be directed upon arrival.
We ask all volunteers to be respectful while on the Houston National Cemetery property.
