Help a child who is reading below grade level. Volunteers needed to work with elementary-age children in northern Spring Branch once or twice a week. Work with small groups (2-4 students) for an hour once a week. Simple lesson and materials provided for you.
Volunteers would need to commit to only once-a-week visits with their group of children for at least one semester. One hour training provided before you start, as well as a background check. Program has proven results in improving student reading levels.
Available times are:
5 - 6pm Monday or Wednesday at our Pitner Campus (8526 Pitner Rd)
