**Position: Volunteer Food Pantry Manager**

The Volunteer Food Pantry Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization, sorting, and distribution of food items, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming environment for both volunteers and those in need.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Organizing Food Pantry Room:**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently arranged food pantry space.
- Regularly check and restock shelves, ensuring that food items are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with volunteers to keep the pantry area tidy and well-maintained.
2. **Sorting Incoming Food:**
- Supervise the sorting and categorization of incoming food donations.
- Ensure that donated items meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with volunteers to efficiently manage the flow of incoming food inventory.
3. **Filling Food Orders:**
- Receive and process food orders from individuals and families in need.
- Work with volunteers to assemble and pack food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate the distribution of food orders to recipients in a respectful and organized manner.
4. **Supervising Volunteers:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with various tasks within the food pantry.
