Volunteers Job Description
1.Greeters- ensuring guests are greeted when they enter the building and providing directions or information. 8- volunteers needed
2. Set up/ clean up -8 volunteers needed
3. Collect questions from the audience ( arrange the cards for moderator) -6- volunteers needed.
4. Sign-in table and registration - 4 volunteers needed
5. Candidates assistant - take care of the needs of the candidates. - 10 volunteers needed
6. Press/ Media assistant- take care of the needs of the media- 2 volunteers
7. Pass out water as needed- 2 volunteers
