Arriving at 1pm, volunteers will help the art teacher get supplies ready, and set up.
Then at 1:20pm the children will be called into the dining hall for art class. Volunteers will help get the children settled and seated with their age group. Then volunteers will assist the art teacher by going to the childrens tables helping them with their art projects
Art class ends at 3pm, during the next hour volunteers will help clean up the art supplies, tables, floors, and take out the trash and will finish at approximately 4pm.
