The Human Resource Manager will manage the volunteer recruitment and selection process by promoting open positions for EEGS via volunteer platforms and social media outlets, screening applicants for the suitability, and scheduling candidates into interviews with department leads; while drafting, editing, and managing descriptions of volunteer positions. You will create and manage secure documentation filing /storage systems. You will manage and support all volunteer and staffing efforts by onboarding, tracking hours and availability, and monitoring each department's volunteer needs. You will work closely with the Founder and all Volunteer leaders. 13-17 hours a month commitment. With a minimum 6-month commitment.
