Are you into event planning? Then you're just the person we're looking for! We looking to put on a Masquerade Ball as a fundraising event and we need a "team"/committee, to help up pull it off successfully.
If you'd like to offer your assistance, we'd greatly appreciate it! We haven't set the date yet, as we're waiting to hear back concerning the potential venue. Hopefully, within 2-3 months.
The July 1st date is for when committee meetings may begin. However, the date is totally flexible, since that's the 4th of July weekend. We can work out the exact date once we have our committee formed.
