Description

Almost two-thirds of Americans with Alzheimer's are women. Older Black Americans are about twice as likely to have Alzheimer's or other dementias as older Whites. Older Hispanics are about one and one-half times as likely to have Alzheimer's or other dementias as older Whites.

Make a difference! We provide all the materials for those interested in educating in the community. In addition, we're seeking people to pair with  experienced facilitators overseeing caregiver support groups.

Interested? Complete the Alzheimer's Association Volunteer Interest Survey at bit.ly/alz-vol-interest today!

Our volunteers deliver support and education, raise funds, advocate for Alzheimer’s and more to help achieve our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia(r). Whatever your skills, whatever time you have, we have in-person and virtual opportunities to provide vital support for people living with Alzheimer's and their families.
