Did you know that Main Street Ministries has a community garden that harvests fresh produce year round? A new partnership has been formed to provide this organic produce to the Heights Food Pantry. The Heights Food Pantry, which is an open zip code food pantry, can be a great support to the families that MSM serves. MSM is a resource for the Pantry and the Pantry is a resource for MSM families!
MSM has a group of dedicated volunteers to harvest the produce, and needs two volunteers every Friday morning from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Volunteers will sort food (into family of four sized portions), bag, label, and deliver the food to the Heights. Two different shifts are available - The 1st/3rd/5th Fridays and the 2nd/4th Fridays.
