Join us in making JSA class days run smoothly by providing essential support at our Reed Road location. As a Classroom Support Volunteer, you’ll welcome clients, assist with sign-in, answer incoming calls, and ensure our front desk and office task runs efficiently. Your presence helps create a warm, organized environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients attending JSA classes.
Assist with front desk reception duties including answering and transferring phone calls.
Assist with smooth mock interviewing office set up
- Support staff with other office tasks as needed.
Schedule:
11:30 - 1:30 Fridays during JSA class weeks.
