Client Intake Coordinator

In You Discover Math's (YDM's) first program, we provide 1-1 virtual math tutoring for free or by donation to any student in the US. The Client Intake Coordinator (CIC) hosts a 30-minute Welcome Session with each new student, to learn personally about the student's math learning situation and the ways the student learns most effectively. The CIC uses YDM's process & tools to translate these insights into a Tutoring Plan customized for each unique student. The ideal CIC volunteer would have prior experience as a tutor or other education role supporting the learning of students with diverse backgrounds. Schedule is flexible, but volunteers in this position must be in-control of their own schedule, able to communicate their availability dependably, and collaborate transparently using MS Teams.
