Tutor

In You Discover Math's (YDM's) first program, we provide 1-to-1 math tutoring for free or by donation to any student in the US. Each tutor works with 1 student (matched based on your schedule & math level), in a consistent & supportive relationship, at mutually agreed times 1-2 times per week, for at least 1 academic semester. Tutors should be enthusiastic about math, and believe in the capability of every student to succeed in math. Training & onboarding are right-sized to your experience, and you'll be part of a collaborative team with a highly experienced Tutoring Service Relationship Coordinator available when you need support or advice. Schedule is flexible, but volunteers in this role must be in-control of their own schedule, able to communicate their availability dependably, and collaborate transparently using MS Teams.
