Know a student who needs service hours for school? We know a way that they can utilize their Thanksgiving Break to knock some of those hours out AND bring some joy to the seniors of Houston and Galveston County! All ages and stages are welcome. We encourage parental support for middle schoolers and younger. :)
Calls will be made using a Virtual Phone Bank. All you need is an internet-connected device and access to WiFi, starting at 9:00 AM on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Calls can be made from wherever your holiday takes you!
Each Friendly Neighbor Caller must register themselves, as a unique-to-you log-in to our Virtual Phone Bank will be connected to your email address. Please spread the word and encourage your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, and communities join in this effort, which will bring some extra holiday joy to our Meals on Wheels seniors.
