Do you have good listening skills and like to help people? MAM Family Assistance interviewers meet with clients from all walks of life and treat them with compassion and dignity. They listen to each person’s or family situation and ask questions necessary to determine the client’s need and eligibility for MAM’s assistance. Interviewers explain how MAM is able to help. It can be by assisting with doctor visits, prescriptions, clothing, rent or utility payments, or in many other ways. Interviewers routinely provide clients with referral information for other MAM programs and services as well as to community organizations. Training is provided. Basic computer skills for data input are required.
