Bike MS is the fundraising cycling series of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and raises more money than any other cycling event for any other cause. To date, Bike MS cyclists, volunteers, and donors have raised more than $1.3 billion to stop MS in its tracks, restore what's been lost, and end MS forever.
We are in need of 4 more volunteers to assist us with our "Bike MS: Texas MS150 Awards Party". This is a celebration held every year to acknowledge those who raised funds and organized the volunteer efforts around our Bike MS: Texas MS150 event. Below you can find the available volunteer positions, shift times, and number of individuals needed.
- Set Up Volunteers: 4:00pm-5:45pm
- # of Volunteers Needed = 4
- Duties: Help with set up and decoration of the venue.
- Volunteer Photographer: 6:00pm-8:30m (rough estimate, could slightly change as more RSVPs come in)
- # of Volunteers Needed = 1
- Duties: facilitate taking of candid pictures pre-program and photos of award winners throughout the program. Welcome to use personal equipment. If volunteer does not own equipment, camera will be provided by the MS Society.
Attire will be business casual (exception made for set up volunteers) and dinner will be provided for all of our volunteers!
We will be taking the necessary precautions to help ensure a safe environment for all of our attendees and volunteers including a mask requirement for all individuals regardless of vaccination status.
