The MS Society is a non-profit organization dedicated toward creating a world free of MS by raising awareness, funding research, and advocating for change. We are helping people affected by MS live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost, and end MS forever. One of the ways we do this is through major fundraising events such as Bike MS, Walk MS, and Hike MS
We are in need of volunteers to assist us with our "On the Move Luncheon". This is a fundraising event held every year that is a great networking opportunity for our supporters which includes fun elements such as a raffle.
Responsibilities can include setting up/decorating, running registration, traffic/crowd control, assisting with the prep of 60 grab bags and 400 swag bags, raffle watch duty during the event, raffle prize and grab bag distribution, making sure everyone receives lunch at end of program, and more! Attire will be business casual (preferably black) and lunch will be provided for all of our volunteers!
We will be taking the necessary precautions to help ensure a safe environment for all of our attendees and volunteers including a mask requirement for all individuals regardless of vaccination status.
