Arriving at 10am, volunteers will help the RaiseUp staff set up for the day by helping to move the games and crafts to their designated rooms, help the art teacher get supplies ready, and set up water stations.
Then once the children arrive volunteers will help the art teacher by aiding the children with their art projects while other volunteers will watch the younger children on the playground.
Art class ends at 11:45, help clean up the art supplies and get dinning hall ready for lunch. If needed aid the volunteers arriving with lunch to set up and then finally help clean up after lunch is finished.
*If volunteers would like to sit and eat with the children during lunch that would be great! We just ask that volunteers bring their own lunch, so we can make sure the kids get enough food. We will have space in refrigerator for items needing to be kept cold till lunch.*
**Mask requirements: At this time, we are requiring all volunteers who have not been vaccinated to wear masks for the protection of our children that have not had an opportunity to be vaccinated. Thank you for your understanding.*
