The worship arts associate possesses spiritual maturity and discipline. Talents, skills, and gifts include serving, teaching, singing, and musical instruments. The role of the worship arts associate is to assist in leading the church to worship in spirit and truth as established by the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team.
Essential functions
- Help plan the order of services for all weekly and mid-week and special worship services in consultation with the worship & technical team.
- Carefully select, produce, and utilize pre-service slides, videos, countdowns, etc. to support the sermon series and help call people to timely and attentive worship.
- Help to coordinate corporate prayer time, artistic movements, prophetic expressions, special or guest presentations, dedications, baptisms, communion, etc.
- Coordinate weekly rehearsals
- Provide humble spiritual leadership through his gifts of music, prayer, and teaching
