TWST4GIRLS is interviewing potential mentors for youth girls with special needs ages 11-17. You will be working with youth from diverse backgrounds, underserved communities, working class families, incarcerated or recently paroled youth.

ORGANIZATION:

We offer life skills development, skillfully matched female mentors (THAT'S YOU!), monthly exposure to career options, as well as intellectual and cultural experiences at no cost to the youth that we serve!

Youth will graduate TWST’s Core Program as well-rounded young women who are purposeful, self-sufficient, and equipped with the tools needed to excel in life.

Experience with youth with special needs is required. Training will be provided. This is an ongoing position since, our youth are in need of consistent adult figures in their lives.
