After volunteers have completed 12 hours of volunteering they are eligible to assist with our events. They help set up the events, manage animals brought to the event, answer questions from the public and help breakdown afterward.
PLEASE NOTE, ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR INTEREST YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT TO BE CONTACTED BY A MEMBER OF OUR VOLUNTEER DEPARTMENT WHO WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE TRAINING NEEDED. VOLUNTEERS CANNOT SHOW UP AT THE SHELTER TO VOLUNTEER UNTIL THEY ARE REGISTERED ON OUR SYSTEM.
