Every day is Earth Day at Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center! Volunteers are invited to join staff and assist with a variety of conservation projects such as maintaining the pollinator gardens, plant propagation, and habitat restoration.
Conservation Connections meets every Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. during the months of September through May. Ages 12 and older welcome. Volunteers under the age of 18 require a parental consent form and volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Families and groups are welcome.
Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring your own gloves, if possible. Long pants, a hat, and a refillable water bottle recommended.
