Welcome Table - 2 volunteers
Count total visiting event, #men, #women, #children and grand total
Stations - 8 volunteers
Encourage children to observe and record observations in journal using words and detailed drawings. Stations include earthworms, pillbugs honeybee lifecycle aphids on milkweed, caterpillar, insect parts and insect specimen.
Circulator - 2 volunteers
Circulate through all stations, assist as needed, relieve volunteers for breaks, ensure only two children per station at a time. Keep lines organized.
