Welcome Table - 2 volunteers
Two volunteers needed to sign up families, share upcoming evens info, answer questions, distro journals to kids, provide feedback cards and collect.
Attendance Counters - 2 volunteers
Count total visiting event, #men, #women, #children and grand total.
Activity Stations - 8 volunteers
Encourage children to observe and record observations in journal using words and detailed drawings. Stations include plant parts, roots, pollen, stomata, trichomes, seeds, moss and lichen.
Circulators - 2 volunteers
Circulate through all stations, assist as needed, relieve volunteers for breaks, ensure only two children per station at a time. Keep lines organized.
