At the event, we will present our affordable housing and transportation study, in partnership with the Rice University Kinder Institute, as well as two tools created to improve how affordable transportation and affordable housing are connected in practice in Houston. In addition, we will have a panel of national and local experts discussing the intersection of affordable housing and transportation.
We need volunteers for the following tasks: registration, contact confirmation, taking pictures, escorting people into the building/room, assisting a(n) individual(s) with a disability, manage the breakfast table, and other tasks as needed. Prior to the event, we will host a volunteer training. We will also have breakfast available for the volunteers and we ask volunteers to dress in business casual.
