RaiseUp Families' Summer Day Camps are a way to get our kids out of their appartments and let them have some summer fun with other kids.
We need volunteers to do crafts (like bracelets, slime, tye-dye tshirts, etc), games (like Headbands, Guess Who, and Uno), and outdoor games (like kickball, softball, & basketball) with the children everyday, and on Thursdays we have water day (if it's not raining) where the kids get to play on slip-n-slides, throw water ballons, & have shaving cream fights.
We need volunteers that like working with children ages 5 to 15yrs old. We normally have anywhere from 20 to 40 children a day.
