All hands on deck! This Saturday Nov.10 we are hosting the TDCJ Volunteer Training and usually have a group of 70 to 100 people. We need people who can help us greet and check training attendees into the training class. It would be great to also have parking attendants to help those new to our building find a parking spots around our building.
Please let me know if you would like to volunteer.
Starting time would be 8:00am
The entire event would be from 8:00am to 12:30/1:00pm (depending on how soon the training ends)
Volunteers don't need to stay or attend the whole event - the most activity happens at the start from 8am to 10am but if anyone can help afterwards to help make more coffee and clean up that would be very helpful!.
