Window Screen Kit assembly and installation for Hurricane Harvey Rebuild Projects.

Expired

Description

We have provided screen kits, splines to victims of Hurricane Harvey to their residence. The Houston Health Department seeks volunteers to drive to homeowners home throughout the City of Houston and assemble the screen kits. You will need tools such as; a small saw, measuring tape, sharpie to mark the screen before cutting to fit the window actual size. Volunteers will measure windows, assemble and install the screen to the victims windows. Some cases will need a long ladder to install upstairs screens. We have kits in 3ft, 4th, and 5 ft. square frames and mesh that can be cut to size that's needed. You will need to have good manual dexterity. You must have a coordinated hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects. Please see link with screen kits demonstration and installation.
