Job Description:
Volunteers will assist with assembling bulk outgoing mailings.
Detailed Instructions:
- Megan will meet you in the large conference room (Immediately to the left after entering lobby.)
- Fold the letterhead into thirds to fit into a #10 envelope.
- Assemble the addressed envelopes with two letters and a return envelope.
- The letterhead will have the addresses listed so it is very important that the addressed letter is paired with the correct addressed envelope. The response form and return envelope are generic.
- Add an adhesive stamp to the stuffed envelope.
- Use a dampened sponge to wet and seal the envelope.
