Volunteer Tax Preparers are trained and certified to provide free income tax preparation to low-income families. No tax experience is necessary. Free and comprehensive trainings are held in December and tax season begins in January. Flexible daytime, evening and weekend shifts are available at 11 different locations throughout the Greater Houston Area.
